Weekly Psychodrama Groups for Personal Growth and Training


These two weekly psychodrama groups are ongoing personal growth and training groups for men and women. These groups will use psychodramatic techniques and expressive therapies to explore issues of personal development. Dealing with uncomfortable feelings, issues of trust, shame, relationships, intimacy and career decisions are among the topics that will be explored. We will look at behaviors that prevent us from being free to live our lives fully.

Tuesday Evenings  (meets every week per month) 5:30 pm –7:25pm -  $260 per month

Wednesday Evenings (meets first 3 weeks of month) 5:00 pm-7:25pm - $210 per month

These personal growth and training workshops will deal with issues that can prevent you from living the life you want. These workshops also give trainees a view of psychodramtic techniques, sociometry and group psychotherapy process.

December 16th:  Who am I? Who do I want to be?


January 20th:  Dealing with circumstances beyond our control
February 16th:18th Psychodrama Winter Weekend – Speaking up: to whom & how?
March 17th:  Learning to trust
April 14th:  Knowing our boundaries in relationships
May 19th: Realizing our codependency and learning to focus on ourselves
June 16th: Believing we can: exploring and developing strategies for success

2019 Winter Weekend Workshop with Nan Nally-Seif, LCSW, TEP
Exploring vulnerability as a weakness or a strength

This is an experiential and training workshop. It will provide time and space to explore our vulnerability and decide when it is a strength or a liability. This personal and training workshop will give participants and trainees a view of sociometric and psychodramatic techniques, as well as, the psychodramatic process. All levels welcomed.

Learning how to deal with self-judgment & self-criticism

This is a 4 day experiential and training weekend. This workshop will give participants sociometric and psychodramatic tools to help their clients explore their self-judgment and self-criticism.

  • When: Thursday, July 18, 2019 thru Sunday, July 21, 2019
  • Where: Boughton Place, Highland, NY near New Paltz
    One and a half hours north of NYC
  • Cost: $610 if paid before June 18th, 2019; $635 if paid after

                  June 18th, 2019. Accommodation and meals are not included. One can make arrangements to stay at Boughton Place for reasonable rates.
